Fixes & improvements

• Theme restrictions are now fully translated. Restriction snippets on non-English Shopify stores show localized copy, with full coverage for over 20 languages. When you change locale settings in Shopify, Zendra picks that up automatically.
• More reliable Discord member sync. Token refreshes for Discord-connected members are more robust, especially for shops with non-standard redirect URI configurations.

New capabilities

• Subscriptions can now reflect a paused status throughout Zendra. The customer account payment method screen and your admin views now show this state cleanly, so it’s clear at a glance when a subscription is on hold.
• Renewal orders are now tagged with the customer’s membership plan, making it easier to segment, route in Shopify Flow, or filter renewal revenue by plan.

Fixes & improvements

• Better mobile layouts across the admin — including the dashboard, perks pages, and plan tables — and across storefront blocks like the customer membership table and purchase-options extras.
• Manual membership creation now prevents creating two memberships for the same customer on the same plan, with a clear error message when it happens.

• New product bulk action. Easily create a new membership plan for all products you’ve selected.

New integration: Discord is here!

• Connect your Discord server and automatically assign roles to members based on their membership plan. Members see their Discord perks directly in the customer account portal.
• The Discord integration, including role management and member access perks, is available to merchants on the Growth plan.

Automatic customer segments.

• Zendra now creates Shopify customer segments automatically — one for all active members, and one per membership plan.
• Segments stay in sync as members join, leave, or switch plans.

Improved content restriction

• Choose between restricting an entire page or just the content section, giving you finer control over what members-only visitors see on Horizon-style themes.
• Protected content now stays protected even when page blocks are embedded in blog posts or other cross-context layouts.

Fixes & improvements

• Subscription renewal orders are tagged automatically. When a subscription renews, the resulting order is now tagged with the membership plan’s tags — just like the original order.

Automated Customer Segments

• Zendra automatically creates matching customer segments in Shopify when you create a plan
• Segments update whenever you rename a plan, and are removed when you delete a plan

Customer Metafield Sync

• Membership data syncs to Shopify as queryable metafields! Enables advanced workflows and third-party integrations
• Use Shopify’s GraphQL API to query membership info alongside customer data

Plan Slugs

• Every plan now has an auto-generated unique identifier (slug) for use in integrations and workflows. Slugs appear in plan headers for easy reference

New Capabilities

• Automate membership workflows with Shopify Flow. Zendra now has a robust integration with Shopify Flow, giving you powerful automation for your membership program. We’ve added 11 new triggers and 7 new actions:
  • 12 membership events to kick off automation. Triggers fire when memberships are created, cancelled, renewed, paused, reactivated, or when billing events occur — 12 triggers in total.
  • 8 ready-to-use Flow actions. Use Flow to automatically change membership plans, extend memberships, add or remove store credit, create member discount codes, cancel memberships, and retrieve customer membership data.
• Award store credit based on order value. A new Flow action lets you automatically add store credit to a member’s account based on their order total — perfect for loyalty rewards and cashback programs.

Improvements

• Cleaner memberships table. The bulk action menu on the memberships list no longer appears when there are no available actions, reducing visual clutter.

New Capabilities

• Redesigned plan creation and editing pages. The plan setup experience has been overhauled with a new plan type selector, clearer layout, and a new “allow subscriptions” setting for more flexible plan configuration.
• Improved subscribe & save configuration. Assign multiple products to a subscribe & save plan to more easily offer physical product subscriptions.

• Theme restriction reliability improvements. The system that manages content and purchase restrictions on your theme now uses content hashing for more reliable auditing and installation verification.
