The safest WooCommerce to Shopify migration.
We’re actual experts in both platforms — but especially in how memberships & subscriptions work on each. Move your store without losing your customers, your data, or your SEO.

Credentials
An unusually credible team
Fluent in both platforms.
Most teams understand one platform. We’ve built top-quality, highly popular products for both — and that changes what a migration can preserve.
i / since 2011. really.
Builders on both sides
We’ve built with WooCommerce since 2011 (80+ extensions, top partner, core contributor, 110k+ users) and Shopify since 2012 (9 apps averaging 4.8 stars, 40k+ users).
ii / membership experts
We wrote the playbook
We built WooCommerce Memberships, powering 30k+ membership sites, and contributed heavily to Woo Subscriptions. Then we built Zendra. We deeply understand membership sites on either platform.
iii / still current
Active in both ecosystems
We run Zendra and Fileflare for Shopify alongside a suite of Woo plugins, still contribute to WooCommerce core, and stay deeply integrated in the Shopify ecosystem.

The case for moving
What changes on Shopify
Less maintenance, more selling.
Each platform has strengths. Here’s what merchants notice most after re-platforming.
001
Maintenance overhead
No plugin maintenance fatigue, performance troubleshooting with your host, or handling scaling challenges yourself. Shopify gives you world-class infrastructure by default.
002
Checkout friction
Fast, high-converting, frictionless checkout with built-in fraud protection — and Shop Pay to drastically simplify payments.
003
Omnichannel sales
Enable new sales channels with a couple of clicks, and benefit from emerging channels like agentic commerce.
004
More native tools
Ecommerce focus means more built-in tools: better analytics, COGS tracking, customer segments, and Shopify Flow for free automations and integrations.
005
Rapid improvement
Shopify ships new features quickly, and the developer tools keep getting better — so your store benefits without another plugin update.
006
Custom content & themes
Metafields and metaobjects safely customize your storefront, backed by a robust ecosystem of beautiful, shopping-focused themes.
Sticking with Woo? We built CheckoutWC for that.
03.
The manifest
What we migrate:
360° of your online presence.
A re-platform is more than products and orders. We move the whole operation — and usually refresh your theme along the way.
Crate 01 / your site
Key content
The “WordPress” part of your site moves to Shopify: pages, blog posts, navigation, users, and custom content types.
Crate 02 / your store
Commerce core
The “WooCommerce” part goes, too: customers, orders, products and variants, product images, collections, and discount codes.
Crate 03 / your extensions
Unique features
We migrate or recreate product reviews, saved payment methods, subscriptions, memberships, and loyalty programs.
Crate 04 / your uptime
Clean data cutover
Most stores switch with little or no downtime: URL redirects, a final true-up of new orders and customers, DNS swap, and a preserved backup of old data.
Crate 05 / your SEO
Structure & content
We work hard to retain SEO value: product URL mapping, preserved page structure, blog migration, structured data, and sitemap updates and resubmission.
The payoff
One native system
By the time we finish, Zendra replaces a patchwork of Woo plugins with a native Shopify membership system — often with more perks and control than the program you left behind.
04.
The method
How a migration runs
Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
We don’t skip the audit to “save” time. Our goal isn’t the fastest migration; it’s the most complete and seamless one.
⦿
01 / site audit
Audit
We audit your Woo site to plan what we move versus what we rebuild — and give you a detailed quote before the real work starts.
⦿
02 / prepare
Prepare Shopify
Create new data structures, refresh your storefront, and install the apps your store needs.
⦿
03 / migrate
Move the data
Content, commerce, and extension data move from one system to the next — mapped, not dumped.
⦿
»
04 / launch
Test & launch
Confirm accuracy, true up the final data, and cut over with minimal downtime.

Questions
Questions before you move
Practical details about what survives a migration — accounts, billing, rankings, and cost. Ask us directly if yours isn’t here.
01
No — customer accounts and order history can be migrated to Shopify. Login can be updated to use login links instead of a password.
02
That’s what Zendra is for! We can map membership data from WooCommerce Memberships or Constellation into Zendra automatically. Some settings can’t be 100 percent replicated, but Zendra gives you more perks and control over member benefits — so we can often upgrade your program in the migration.
03
If you use Stripe (including Woo Payments), Braintree, Authorize.Net, or PayPal Express, we can move your tokenized payment methods to Shopify and attach them to migrated customer accounts.
04
With a supported payment gateway (Stripe, Woo Payments, Authorize.Net, Braintree, PayPal Express), subscriptions can often migrate without interrupting your billing schedule.
Zendra supports many of the features in WooCommerce Subscriptions, but not all (and it has some extra features, too!). Our audit maps what moves seamlessly to Shopify, and what we’ll adjust or recreate.
05
Both WordPress and Shopify have excellent SEO built into the platform. We preserve metadata and structured data, and add appropriate redirects to protect your rankings.
06
It depends on your store! Most stores can be migrated in a few days to a few weeks, depending on complexity and which plugins you use. Our goal isn’t the fastest migration; it’s the most complete and seamless one — so we may take a little extra time to do the best job possible.
07
We know, we know: “it depends” is not what you want to read. But it’s true: your store is as unique as your brand, so we can’t give you a concrete price before we complete our audit.
Most migrations cost between $3,000 (simple stores) to $40,000 (complex stores), though some multi-week projects have been more expensive. We take a $600 deposit when we start an audit, and your detailed quote spells out how we’ll migrate, what we’ll keep, and what we’ll rebuild — so the price you’re paying (and the outcome you’ll get!) is clear before we start.
08
Hey, you asked, not us! In all seriousness: our founders created SkyVerge (the top WooCommerce developer, from 2011), Shopstorm (a suite of Shopify apps, from 2012), and Jilt, a Woo + Shopify email marketing app tailored to ecommerce. Shopstorm was acquired in 2018, and SkyVerge + Jilt in 2020 by GoDaddy, where we continued to work on WooCommerce and ecommerce. We started a new company together in 2024, and jumped right back into WooCommerce and Shopify app development.
Most migration services know Shopify. Few understand WooCommerce deeply. We’ve built extensively inside both ecosystems — how many other teams can say that?
