01.
the path
No exports required.
No reconciliation needed.
Zendra keeps membership status and order attribution in Shopify. Metorik imports the Shopify record and turns it into reporting.
01 / zendra
Maintains membership context
Customer metafields hold current status, active plan slugs, and member-since date. Orders placed by active members are tagged for attribution.
02 / shopify
The common layer
Membership and commerce context sit beside the customers and orders they describe.
03 / metorik
Turns history into reports
Filter, group, compare, save, export, or digest the results without a separate Zendra data pipeline.
02.
Questions metorik can answer
Measure the behavior membership changes
The comparison matters more than a standalone member number. Put members and non-members beside one another and look for the difference.
revenue
What share of sales comes from members?
Use the Zendra order tag to compare member-attributed net or gross revenue against the rest of the store.
lifetime value
Do members become better customers?
Compare customer LTV and lifetime profit for membership-aware segments.
frequency
Do members come back sooner?
Study time between repeat orders and orders over the customer lifetime.
basket
Does membership change the order?
Compare AOV, items per order, discounts, refunds, products, and profit.
acquisition
Where do valuable members begin?
Layer member segments over source, first product, location, or campaign context.
retention
Which members keep buying?
Use repeat-customer and cohort reports to compare purchasing retention over time.

Save the segment
Return to the same definition instead of rebuilding filters for every report.
◉
Share the result
Use dashboards, scheduled digests, or exports to make the comparison visible.

the next phase
Native reporting now, subscriptions coming later.
Metorik is already useful for commerce analysis. Our next integration phase will add Zendra’s subscription lifecycle as first-class reporting data.
available now
Commerce behavior by membership context
Member-attributed revenue, customer LTV, repeat orders, time between purchases, product mix, profit, and purchasing cohorts from Shopify data.
upcoming integration
Subscription and membership cohorts
When Zendra’s v2 API is available to Metorik, the roadmap can add purpose-built reporting for starts, renewals, tenure, recurring revenue, churn, and membership cohorts.

Questions
Questions about Metorik
The native path is useful now, with a clear boundary around the deeper reporting planned for later.
01
No. Zendra membership context lives in Shopify, and Metorik can report on the Shopify customer and order data it imports.
02
Member and non-member attributed revenue, lifetime value, average order behavior, time between purchases, products, discounts, refunds, and acquisition context. Since all membership data lives in customer metafields, and all member orders are tagged, Metorik can use this information for any segment you can dream up.
03
Zendra automatically tags orders placed by active members. Use that order tag as a Metorik filter or reporting segment.
04
Not as a dedicated Zendra subscription dataset. Those purpose-built lifecycle metrics belong to the future v2 API integration described above.
05
No separate Zendra export is required for the Shopify-native reporting shown here.
06
No. Metorik is the reporting layer; Zendra remains where memberships are managed.
