Anyone with current access — digital access or an active subscription. Members who cancel, churn, or expire stop counting, so your price follows the program you actually have.

On purpose. The first Growth level doesn’t buy more members; it buys the full toolkit — members-only products, content dripping, subscription controls, gift memberships, your own branding, and chat support. From there, the price only changes with member count.

Your account moves up to the next price level, and your settings carry over. If Shopify needs you to approve a new app charge, Zendra shows a banner in the app and sends an email. You’ll have about two weeks to approve it.

Zendra bills through Shopify, so charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Growth is a $9 base fee plus usage charges that add up to the price for your member count. Plus works the same way, with a $599 base fee.

No. There are no transaction fees and no subscription limits on any plan, including Free.
