The member experience
Give members a clear entrance
The Discord perk appears in the member portal with your server’s name, icon, description, and member count. A member signs in once; when connected, the same card becomes their way back to the server.
Roles are automatically managed without reconnecting.

The integration handles the sync, but you decide the rules: which role each plan receives, when access begins, and what happens after membership ends.

Grant roles during a free trial by default, or wait until the membership reaches its paid period.

Remove roles when membership ends, add a grace period, and choose whether former members stay in public channels.
one setting to check
Keep the Zendra Memberships bot above every role it needs to manage. Discord only lets a bot assign roles below its own place in the server hierarchy. Zendra surfaces a warning if you need to make changes.

Yes. Add a Discord access perk to each plan and select the roles that plan should receive. One perk can assign several roles.

Zendra can remove assigned roles immediately or after a delay. You can also remove someone from the server when they have no active membership with Discord access.

No. Members connect once. Zendra keeps roles synchronized unless a member revokes the connection in Discord and needs to reconnect.
