No transaction fees, no limits! Each plan level has a cap on monthly members — our billing will automatically back out dormant members though (those who have cancelled or expired). So you may need to upgrade to the next plan as your membership program grows — which is probably good news for all of us!

Your account will automatically upgrade to the next tier to unlock more memberships — your settings carry over, and you’ll gain the new features from the next plan up to continue scaling. If you need to authorize a new Shopify app charge, Zendra will show a banner to remind you, and we’ll send an email. Please be sure to do this within 2 weeks to avoid disruptions!

That’s up to you! Zendra creates membership plans — but these can include a subscription. Choose if folks get access by signing up for an account, when you manually add a membership, or if they trigger access by purchasing something. If they get access by purchasing something, then you can decide whether those purchases are one-time, recurring, or both.

But to be clear: any membership, whether it offers recurring billing or not, can also offer perks.

We adhere to all recommended best practices for app development by Shopify, such as encrypting access tokens, and processing only necessary data. We use the standard Shopify storage for as much data as possible, only saving information in our app database when required. Your privacy, and your members, is of critical importance to us, and we regularly audit our app security internally, using AI tools, and with third party providers.
