The plan Merchandising selector determines what purchase options should be shown on the product listing.
You can choose:
- One time payment: The product price is respected for one-time purchase, and any purchase grants membership access. The access is lifetime by default, or the membership can expire if you enable perk expiry.
- Subscriptions: Sell the membership via recurring billing. You can add as many billing plans as needed, with configured pricing or discounts off the product price you’ve set in Shopify. If you only sell subscriptions, customers will not be able to buy without subscribing.
