Zendra has Free, Growth, and Plus plans, priced by your number of active members. Growth and Plus include the same features at every price level based on your member count; your monthly price changes as your program grows. This page is about your subscription to Zendra, not the memberships you sell to customers.

How it works

Compare Free, Growth, and Plus

Open Billing in the Zendra menu to see your current plan, your usage, and how Free, Growth, and Plus compare. Free supports up to 75 active members with a Zendra-branded storefront experience. Growth starts at $9 per month and adds paid features, including gift memberships, subscription trials and signup fees, access dripping, members-only products, and Discord. Plus is for programs above 10,000 active members and adds dedicated support; contact us for Plus pricing and setup.

All Growth price levels have the same features. The first Growth level also covers up to 75 active members: that $9 level pays for the full paid feature set rather than a larger member allowance. Plus continues that feature set at a higher member count.

See when the next price level starts

The current plan card at the top of Billing shows your active member count against what your price level covers, and how many more active members would move you to the next price. This helps you anticipate a price change before you reach it. Check pricing for the full price ladder.

Active members are customers with digital access or active subscriptions. Cancelled, expired, and otherwise churned members aren’t counted.

See how your members are doing

On Growth and Plus, Billing also shows how your program is performing. The Members and revenue section charts your active members week by week, with their growth over the period shown. Once members are placing orders, it also compares members’ average order value with non-members’ over the last 30 days. (Before you have member sales, the section shows your active members only.)

Understand charges and plan changes

Zendra billing runs through Shopify App Pricing, so charges appear with your Shopify app charges. Growth has a $9 base fee plus usage charges that bring the monthly total to the price for your member count; Plus follows the same model with a $599 base fee. Zendra charges no transaction fee on membership sales.

If your active member count passes your current price level’s cap, Zendra moves your account to the next level and carries your settings forward. If Shopify requires you to approve a new app charge, Zendra shows a banner and sends an email. You have about two weeks to approve it. The Billing page shows a pending change so you can see what is waiting.

Manage your plan

Open Billing in Zendra to review the available plans and your current usage. Select a plan to start a change, then follow Shopify’s charge approval when prompted. If you’re considering a downgrade, check that your active member count fits the destination level and review which paid features your program uses.

Some merchants who installed before the move to Shopify App Pricing remain on a grandfathered legacy plan. Its plan name or charge may differ from the current Free / Growth / Plus lineup; contact support if your invoice and the current pricing page don’t appear to match.

Member email allowances

Free includes 100 member notification sends per month. Paid plan allowances scale with the plan’s member cap. The plan comparison on Billing shows each plan’s allowance. The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month; if it runs out, additional notifications wait until the reset or a plan change gives you more room.

Common issues

• The current plan card mentions a higher price. It’s a preview of the price that applies once you pass your current level’s cap; check your active member count on the same card.
• A plan change is pending. Open Billing and follow the Shopify charge approval if one is requested.
• A paid feature is locked on Free. Compare the plans on Billing. Growth and Plus include the paid features at every price level.
• Your invoice shows a legacy amount. Grandfathered stores may still use the earlier plan ladder. Contact support so we can review the store’s billing history.
